Professional Background

Ms. Nix is responsible for the overall strategic finance initiatives, financial reporting and accounting of the company. She manages day-to-day activities including financials, negotiation and execution of banking and vendor contracts.

Previously, Ms. Nix was responsible for all corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting for Ward North America of Texas ( a national Third Party Administrator) and Spectrum Managed Care, Inc. She has also held various accounting and CFO positions at Willis Rollinson, Inc., WRI Services, Inc., NCC, and CDI, as both a senior consultant and a senior staff accountant, and managed trust funds with Lloyds of London for self-insured privately held companies as well as municipalities all throughout Texas.

Her goal for IAB is to strategically implement a Financial Plan to assist in the growth and success of IAB.

Ms. Nix is native to Dallas, where she attended North Lake College in Irving, Texas in accounting and real estate, and continues her ongoing education in finance, tax and accounting seminars.
